• Orders up to 50 kg: Primarily shipped via Nova Poshta. You can also choose Ukrposhta, but tracking may be limited in this case.
• Large orders: For larger shipments, we cooperate with the Delivery transport company.
• Individual shipments: On request, we can arrange delivery via shared or dedicated cargo transport.
• Your suggestions: If you have your own delivery preferences, we are happy to consider them, provided they are technically and logistically feasible.

• Bank transfer: Payment via bank account or a card linked to an FOP account.
• Cash payment: Available for pickup or upon receipt of goods.
• Cash on delivery: Available for shipments via Nova Poshta or Delivery.
• Online payment via LiqPay and WayForPay: When paying through these methods, a transfer fee is added to the total cost.

We guarantee the quality of our products throughout their entire shelf life — 18 months from the date of production.

Storage recommendations:

• Store spices in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight.
• After opening the factory packaging, store the product in an airtight container or its original packaging, making sure to seal it tightly after each use.

Return policy:

• Products can only be returned or exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect.
• Requests must be submitted no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Original packaging must be preserved for a return.
• In individual cases, we are open to discussing unique solutions and finding the best way forward.
