1. What is your product range? What does it include?
We offer over 600 items of spices, seasonings, herbs, and dried vegetables. Each product, whether turmeric, cinnamon, or spice blend, is available in five packaging options:
- pack (30–50 g);
- three jar formats (150 ml, 350 ml, and 1 l);
- 1 kg bag.
We also offer bulk formats: from 1 kg for standard orders and less than 1 kg for rare or premium spices like cardamom or Ceylon cinnamon.
2. Does your product contain salt, flavor enhancers, preservatives, or fillers?
Our products do not contain salt as a filler and only include it in specially crafted recipes, such as "Svan Salt." We do not add flavor enhancers, preservatives, or artificial additives, preserving the natural flavor of spices and herbs.
3. Is your product always in stock? How do you manage shelf life with such a wide range?
We always have a basic assortment in stock, suitable for retail and small wholesale orders. Most requests are fulfilled on demand. While this may slightly increase lead times, it ensures you receive fresh spices and spice blends.
4. Are personalized pricing options in the user account available only for businesses or large wholesalers? How can I register?
After registration, you gain access to retail and wholesale prices based on quantity. Following a call from our manager and clarification of details, you can receive customized prices tailored to your specific activity. These prices are not dependent on order volumes, making them convenient for both small entrepreneurs and large clients.
5. Who can guarantee that I will "promote" your products in my store, and they won’t end up in a hypermarket around the corner at lower prices? Or that a competitor won’t start undercutting?
We value long-term partnerships and build relationships with clients based on trust.
- Price control: Our policy excludes working with hypermarkets and price-undercutting networks. This is a one-sided game, and we’re not interested in it.
- Recommended prices: We adhere to the concept of recommended retail prices (RRP). In your account, these are marked as RRP (Recommended Retail Prices), ensuring profitability levels. This principle also applies to pricing grids for wholesalers and regional representatives.
- Fair conditions: We closely monitor compliance to ensure partnership terms are equally beneficial for all our partners. If undercutting or violations are suspected, we investigate and take action.
- Personalization and protection: Even if a competitor attempts to replicate your success, custom branding and unique recipes can safeguard your market niche.

6. What types of custom branding do you offer? What is the minimum order quantity?
We offer three options for custom packaging of spices:
- Adding your logo to the side of the packaging on our branded products.
- Production using the design of our packaging under your brand.
- Full customization of the packaging with your logo and design (as part of contract manufacturing).
The minimum order quantity depends on the selected option and is agreed upon individually.
7. If I need a different grind than the default for bulk products, can I order it? What if I need different packaging?
Yes, we can offer custom spice and herb grinding, as well as alternative packaging, if this is agreed upon in advance. Discuss the details with our manager.
8. Do you provide documentation confirming product quality?
We provide a certificate of conformity listing our products. Upon request, we can also issue a manufacturer’s declaration detailing the characteristics of our spices and seasonings.
9. How can I become your dropshipper?
Simply register on the website. A manager will contact you to enable the dropshipping format, assist in setting up your account, and provide instructions on using the platform.
10. Can I order small quantities?
Yes, not only is it possible, but sometimes it’s necessary, especially for trial purchases of spices and spice blends. We want you to order only as much as you need. Once you’re confident in the quality and demand, feel free to increase your order volumes!
11. What are the order fulfillment times?
Most small wholesale orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Larger orders are fulfilled on demand, and the processing time may increase to 5 business days. For large wholesale orders, production and delivery times are discussed individually.
12. What should I do if there’s a problem with product quality?
If you encounter any issues with product quality, please contact us. We will investigate and, if the problem is confirmed, offer a replacement or refund. We always ensure the quality of our spices and seasonings.
13. How is the confidentiality of our recipes ensured in contract manufacturing?
We adhere to strict confidentiality standards and sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to guarantee the protection of your recipes.
14. Is international shipping available?
International shipping is available only for orders subject to customs regulations, such as large wholesale shipments. Shipping retail or small wholesale orders outside Ukraine is prohibited by law.
